“Écorché” Course

Planned for the entire academic year from October 9, 2026 to June 18, 2027. 30 sessions. Three trimesters of 10 sessions each, including lectures and practical sessions on skeleton sculpting and layer-by-layer muscle building, plus drawing assignments.

  • First trimester: 9 October – 11 December, 2026 (ten sessions)

“Human Figure Morphology and Anatomical Construction” Course

Sculpting the human figure using photos and anatomical diagrams. Includes figure sculpting in class and in independent work copying anatomical diagrams and morphological analysis of form from photos. ten sessions

Academic Sculpture Classes

Sculpting classes focused on copying plaster casts of classical sculptures. Students will analyze form and copy it, learning to accurately reproduce form and understand how anatomical facial form is transformed into sculpture in classical art and how volume works in space. ten sessions

Portrait Sculpture Course with a Live Model

Sculpting sessions with live models combined with anatomy and morphology lectures. Students will analyze classical portraiture techniques and work on sculpture composition. The course focuses on capturing likeness, understanding facial structure, and developing skills in portrait sculpture from life. ten sessions
